I am Katalina – a marathon runner and passionate strenght training coach with a clear mission: to help people become stronger, both physically and mentally, through running and strength training.​ For me, it’s not just about race results or fitness goals that happened in the past – it’s about what matters right now: consistency, discipline, growth, and the drive to become better every day.​ My coaching combines running and strength training to build a strong, resilient, and capable body. It’s not about choosing between endurance or strength – it’s about developing both and creating balance through smart, structured training. With experience as a runner and athlete, I’ve developed a coaching philosophy based on real progress,  I don’t just talk about training – I live it  and I bring that mindset into every program I create.
